Description
Juicy, flavor-packed steak bites cooked to perfection in the air fryer with a rich garlic butter marinade. Quick, easy, and ideal for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Pat steak cubes dry and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Melt butter in a pan over low heat and add minced garlic. Simmer for 1 minute, then stir in parsley and a pinch of salt.
- Toss steak cubes in olive oil and 2 tablespoons of garlic butter. Let marinate for 20–30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F.
- Place steak in a single layer in the basket. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check internal temp for doneness: 130°F for medium-rare, 140°F for medium.
- Remove and let rest for 3–5 minutes. Drizzle with remaining garlic butter before serving.
Notes
For extra crisp edges, cook an additional 1–2 minutes without butter. Resting helps retain juices for tender steak bites.
