Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon cornstarch or panko for extra crispiness

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, toss to coat, cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  4. Arrange chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Optional: coat with cornstarch or panko for extra crispiness.
  5. Cook for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Ensure internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest 2–3 minutes before serving.
