- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
- Optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika, cracked black pepper
Instructions
- Trim chicken and pat dry for better coating adhesion.
- Melt butter in a shallow bowl. Mix crushed cornflakes, ranch seasoning, Parmesan, and optional spices in another bowl.
- Dip each chicken piece in melted butter, then coat thoroughly in the dry mix.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes and lightly grease the basket.
- Arrange chicken in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8–10 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For crispier results, double-coat chicken and spray with oil before air frying. To reheat, use the air fryer at 350°F for 4–6 minutes.
