  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup crushed cornflakes or panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 packet dry ranch seasoning mix
  • Optional: garlic powder, smoked paprika, cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Trim chicken and pat dry for better coating adhesion.
  2. Melt butter in a shallow bowl. Mix crushed cornflakes, ranch seasoning, Parmesan, and optional spices in another bowl.
  3. Dip each chicken piece in melted butter, then coat thoroughly in the dry mix.
  4. Preheat air fryer to 375°F for 3–5 minutes and lightly grease the basket.
  5. Arrange chicken in a single layer. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 8–10 minutes until golden and internal temp reaches 165°F.
  6. Let rest 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For crispier results, double-coat chicken and spray with oil before air frying. To reheat, use the air fryer at 350°F for 4–6 minutes.
