  • 56 mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Fill a pitcher with 1 liter of cold water and add plenty of ice cubes.
  2. Add sliced lemon and mint leaves.
  3. For extra metabolism boost, stir in grated ginger or apple cider vinegar if desired.
  4. Let it infuse for 20–30 minutes in the fridge.
