- 1–2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
- 2–3 mint leaves (optional)
- ¼ tsp baking soda (optional)
Instructions
- Fill a tall glass with ice-cold water.
- Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir.
- Add optional apple cider vinegar and mint leaves.
- If using, add a pinch of baking soda and stir gently until dissolved.
- Drink the mixture in one go (within 7 seconds), ideally in the morning or before meals.
Notes
