Description

The viral Ice Water Hack is a quick and simple way to slightly boost metabolism and support fat loss with just a glass of cold water.


Ingredients

  • 1 glass (8–12 oz) ice-cold water
  • 12 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar (optional)
  • 23 mint leaves (optional)
  • ¼ tsp baking soda (optional)

Instructions

  1. Fill a tall glass with ice-cold water.
  2. Squeeze in fresh lemon juice and stir.
  3. Add optional apple cider vinegar and mint leaves.
  4. If using, add a pinch of baking soda and stir gently until dissolved.
  5. Drink the mixture in one go (within 7 seconds), ideally in the morning or before meals.

Notes
